Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility and Registration

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• All required documentation must be submitted at the time of registration.
• OFFICE WALLAH reserves the right to refuse membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Usage

• Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual.
• Members are entitled to use any available desk for a continuous 3-hour block between 8 AM and 10 PM daily.
• Advance booking may be required during peak hours, subject to availability.
• Members must carry and present their membership card for entry.

3. Billing and Payment

• All fees are payable in advance according to the selected membership plan.
• Payments are non-refundable for the unused portion of any membership period.
• Late payment may result in suspension of membership access.
• OFFICE WALLAH reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to members.

4. Digital Transformation Training

• The 45-day Digital Transformation Training is available only with 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year membership plans.
• Training slots are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Members must complete the training within their membership period.
• Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the training program.

5. Facility Usage

• Members are expected to maintain a professional environment.
• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to respect other members.
• No food is permitted at the workstations. Beverages in closed containers are allowed.
• Members are responsible for keeping their workspace clean and organized.

6. Internet Usage

• Wi-Fi access is provided for professional and personal use.
• Downloading or accessing illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• OFFICE WALLAH reserves the right to monitor internet usage and terminate membership for misuse.

7. Liability

• Members are responsible for their personal belongings.
• OFFICE WALLAH is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
• Members are liable for any damage caused to OFFICE WALLAH property.

8. Termination of Membership

• OFFICE WALLAH reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for violation of terms and conditions.
• Members may terminate their membership with 30 days' written notice (applicable only for long-term plans).
• Early termination fees may apply as per the membership agreement.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• OFFICE WALLAH will collect and store member information in accordance with data protection laws.
• Member information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

• OFFICE WALLAH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of any changes via email.
